WHAT IS SOFTWASH AND WHY?

 Softwash is a term to describe a chemical house or roof cleaning that is much more gentle on building materials than standard pressure washing services . It uses no more than the output pressure of the average garden hose spigot. The softwash process eliminates the hastles of streaks or darks spots being left after services are performed unlike standard pressure washing processes.

Traditionally in the pressure washing industry contractors would use high pressure to break loose contaminants and soils from the surface. In which most cases, the high pressure water stream damages the home or business. Too many times have we seen these results even with the most well meant professionals in the industry. Most manufacturers of asphalt shingles and other types of roofing products warn against pressure washing and in some cases negate all warranties of the material.
